How to Enter:

1.   To enter, followers must successfully complete the three requirements as listed in the original competition giveaway post:

1.a. Follow our Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/interiorsecrets/

1.b. Like the competition post

1.c. Tag a minimum of 3 friends (multiple entries allowed)

6.  The winner will be notified via the Instagram winner announcement post and direct message within one (1) business days of their entry being chosen
7. Name of the winner will thus be published on https://www.instagram.com/interiorsecrets/
8.   It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure their details, including their phone number, e-mail, and address are correct and up-to-date when providing them to Interior Secrets for the purpose of receiving and/ or collecting their prize
9.  If the prize is not claimed by Thursday 21st March 2019, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and Interior Secrets reserves the right to conduct further judging as are necessary to distribute the prize
10.  If any redrawn prize is not claimed by Friday 31st May 2019, the prize will be forfeited.

Conditions of Entry:

1.  Participation in this promotion and/ or competition/ giveaway by participants is deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions
2.  This offer is open to all Interior Secrets Instagram and Facebook Followers (both existing and new as a result of the competition) who are Australian residents. Participants under the age of 18 years old must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian to enter
3.  The competition commences Thursday 25th August 12:30pm and will conclude on Monday 25th February 11:59pm. All times are AEST GMT+10 region
4.  Entries not including all required information will be deemed ineligible.

Other:

1.  Interior Secrets reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant where Interior Secrets believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where an entry has been submitted not in accordance with the conditions of entry
2.  Interior Secrets accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims, or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information
3.  The winner must claim their prize via pick-up from Interior Secrets’ Derrimut warehouse by pre-arranging a pick-up time through the service team
4. If the winner cannot pick-up the prize, a delivery through third-party couriers is available at the winner’s expense. Please see Shipping and Delivery for more details
5. Note that Interior Secrets’ Southbank location does not offer pick-ups or delivery services
6.  If the prize is unavailable, Interior Secrets, in their discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal value and/ or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority
7.  The prize cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by Interior Secrets who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. Interior Secrets will not replace any lost or stolen prize(s) or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the prize or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of Interior Secrets to ensure any products
8.  If for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or an element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash
9.  The prize or any unused portion of the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash
10.   Entrants consent to Interior Secrets using the entrant’s name, likeness, image, and/ or voice in the event that they are a winner (including photography, film, and/ or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition
11.   To the extent permitted by law, Interior Secrets (including its officers, employees, and agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence in connection to this competition or accepting or using any prize.
