Q: Do you have a showroom where I can view your products?
A: Yes and No. We don't have a showroom because we strive to minimize overhead costs so savings can be passed on to you with the most competitive online prices.
Having said this, you are most welcome to visit our massive warehouse to look, touch and feel the product! We believe our products sell themselves and that fancy lighting and shop fittings only end up costing customers more than what they pay for.

Q: What time are you open?
A: We are open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, Saturday 11am - 2pm and Sunday by appointment. Don't be shy to make an appointment on Sunday, we get many visitors come in on the day.
Our online shop is open 24/7 for you to browse and order from.

Q: How do I pay if I wish to purchase from you?

A: All items in stock are usually dispatched next day. Interstate deliveries are shipped express. It takes 1-2 business days to arrive to Sydney once payment is received.

A: Give us a call or drop us an email to find out when stock is next available. In most cases, out of stock items are due into our warehouse within a week or so. Please contact us for a more accurate delivery date.

A: Due to the differences in regards to the size of products and where it's going, delivery costs will vary. The shipping cost for your order is calculated upon checkout after you enter your delivery address details. This will appear prior to making payment, so no surprises.

A: You are certainly welcome to pick up from our warehouse and of course pick up is free. Collection is available anytime during our business hours. Beware, most online stores outsource their warehouse staff and facilities, ultimately charging a mandatory handling or delivery fee!

Q: If I buy in bulk, do you offer discounts?
A: Bulk sales to the trade represents a major part of our business, we welcome all commercial and corporate inquiries. Although our prices on our website are marked at the lowest possible prices, we do push our suppliers for further discounts when higher order quantities are achieved. Please request a quote from us.

A: Our reproductions compare extremely well to the licensed versions using quality materials such as imported top-grain Italian leather, #304 grade stainless steel and American hardwoods.
