Interior Secrets offers a money back guarantee on all items if the products you’ve bought are faulty, significantly different to those shown or described to you or not doing what they’re supposed to do. We require that the item be returned in original condition with all packaging and receipts originally accompanying the product.
All items must be in the original wrappings and not assembled or part assembled in any way. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. The returned item must be in our possession within 7 days from the date you received it. All costs regarding delivery will be at the buyers' expense. Therefore the refund will be given minus the total delivery and collection costs.

Customers must request a return authorization prior to returning. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer.
Refunds may be issued by way of credit note to the value of the refund. Where an item is found to be faulty, Interior Secrets will provide a replacement along with the necessary service and support.
Interior Secrets reserves the rights to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice. Refunds or exchange is not available for custom/special orders and entertainment units due to packaging, size and fragile handling limitations. Special orders may include orders of items not shown on www.interiorsecrets.com.au.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
Interior Secrets will deliver items by way of couriers. We require a street address for all deliveries, as we cannot deliver items to a PO Box.
All deliveries are to your front door, ground level only unless there is access to a lift. For heavy or bulky items you will need another person from your end to assist driver unload. Please advise us should you require any special delivery services.
Please allow up to 10 working days for any deliveries within Australia, although in most cases delivery is much quicker 1 to 3 working days. You will be notified of delivery date if an item is temporarily out of stock.
