- If the prize is not claimed by 31st September 2018, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and Interior Secrets reserves the right to conduct further judging as are necessary to distribute the prize

- The competition commences Monday 27th August 12:30pm and will conclude on Sunday 2nd September 11:59pm. All times are AEST GMT+10 region

- Interior Secrets reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant where Interior Secrets believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where an entry has been submitted not in accordance with the conditions of entry
- Interior Secrets accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims, or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information
- The winner must claim their prize via pick-up from Interior Secrets’ Derrimut warehouse by pre-arranging a pick-up time through the service team. - If the prize is unavailable, Interior Secrets, in their discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal value and/ or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority
- The prize cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by Interior Secrets who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. Interior Secrets will not replace any lost or stolen prize(s), or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the prize or after it has been delivered. - If for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or an element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash
- The prize or any unused portion of the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash
- Entrants consent to Interior Secrets using the entrant’s name, likeness, image, and/ or voice in the event that they are a winner (including photography, film, and/ or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition
- The winner of the product prize agrees to and must post at least one exclusive post on Instagram with the product prize featured clearly and Interior Secrets (@interiorsecrets) tagged and mentioned
- The image(s) provided by the winner may be used by Interior Secrets to re-post on social media and, when doing so, Interior Secrets will credit and mention the winner as the source of the image(s)
