TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ‘STYLE TO WIN’ COMPETITION

1. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions
2. This offer is open to all Interior Secrets Instagram followers (both existing and new as a result of the competition) who are Australian residents
   1. Entrants under the age of 18 must seek permission from their parent or legal guardian to participate
3. To be eligible to win, submit a high resolution photo of your home or office space featuring Interior Secrets product/s on Instagram
   1. Photos must include at least one (1) product purchased from Interior Secrets to be considered for entry
   2. Entrant’s profiles must be set to public in order to be viewable for selection
   3. Entries not including all required information will be deemed ineligible
4. The winner/s will be notified via Instagram post and direct message
   1. Names and/ or Instagram handle of the winner/s will be thus published on https://www.instagram.com/interiorsecrets/
5. Not all photos featured on Interior Secrets’ Instagram are to be assumed winners unless announced and notified by Interior Secrets via Instagram post and direct message
6. The photos submitted for entry grant permission for use by Interior Secrets for features on social media and marketing purposes
7. It is the responsibility of the winner/s to ensure their contact details, including their phone number, e-mail, and address are correct and current when providing them to Interior Secrets for the purpose of receiving their prize
8. Entrants consent to Interior Secrets using the entrant’s name, likeness, image, and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (inc. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition
9. The voucher is valid for the duration as stipulated on the voucher and intended for single use only redeemed in one (1) transaction
   1. The voucher is not valid in conjunction with existing orders and any other offer, including promotions, sales, and free shipping items
   2. The voucher does not apply to freight costs or any additional service charges
   3. The voucher is not for resale, redeemable for cash, and non-refundable
10. Interior Secrets reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant where Interior Secrets believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions
11. Interior Secrets accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims, or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information
12. If the voucher is unavailable, Interior Secrets, in their discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/ or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority
13. Interior Secrets will not replace any lost or stolen product/s, or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of Interior Secrets to insure any products
14. If for any reason the winner does not redeem the voucher by the time stipulated by Interior Secrets, then the voucher will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash
15. The voucher or any unused portion of the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash
16. To the extent permitted by law, Interior Secrets (including its officers, employees, and agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize
17. Interior Secrets reserves the right to amend and/or cancel the competition at any time.
