If your product arrives or displays sign of damage or fault within the warranty period, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide:
- Your invoice number;
- A detailed description of the damage or fault; and
- Clear photos showing the damage or fault.
Our 12 month warranty offers piece of mind against defect in materials and workmanship on all items purchased. Interior Secrets is liable under this warranty to repair or replace (at the discretion of Interior Secrets) any component or product covered by this policy free of charge.
If the workmanship of the reported fault or repair is deemed by Interior Secrets to be unacceptable quality, a new item will be provided.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused from abnormal use, products not appropriately maintained. The below are not considered to be covered by this warranty:
- Damage to packaging only;
- Insignificant variations in dimensions, colour, grain or finish (as between a received product and an advertised product); and
- Minor chips or superficial blemishes.
Proof of purchase is required. All goods subject to warranties must be returned to us in safe order for inspection and assessment. You will be required to pack the return items boxed and packaged at your expense in the condition the goods were received. Please ensure the goods are packaged well to avoid damage in transit to ensure approval of credit/refund.
Interior Secrets will not be responsible for any costs associated with returning the product(s). It is the customers responsibility to take furniture from or to the front of the ground level. The Service and delivery of goods by third party carriers includes only delivery to ground floor and/or the front door (a door-to-door service) by a single delivery driver, and does not include carrying items inside, upstairs, in elevators, placement, assembly, removal of wrapping or the like. It is always the customers responsibility to arrange for a means (whether by requesting assistance from neighbours or friends or otherwise) to bring Goods inside (or in the case of a return, outside) from (or in the case of a return, to) the front door or grounds floor of residences or buildings.
Returned Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and must be in a re-saleable condition. If a returned item is found not to be re-saleable by Interior Secrets (at its sole discretion), Interior Secrets reserves the right to refund only 50% or less of the product price paid by the customer.
