Outdoor furniture remains vulnerable to the elements. Exposure to sunlight, moisture, or temperature extremes can lead to fading, warping, rusting, or structural damage over time. To help extend the life of your furniture and maintain warranty coverage:

• Always store or place furniture under full cover (e.g. veranda or patio with a roof).
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight.
• Follow all maintenance guidelines provided with your purchase and available on our website.

Please be aware that warranties are voided where recommended care instructions are not followed. Damage caused by weather exposure (including UV sunlight and rainfall) is not covered under warranty.

To process any transit damage claims, the original packaging must be retained. Images of the goods and packaging must be provided to the support team to validate the damage claims.
