We want you to love your purchase and trust you will receive it in perfect condition. Occasionally, we have products that may slip through or have endured rough transit. If your item arrived with a fault, please email with your order details and we'll be in touch to arrange a return and replacement.

If for any reason you don't like what you've purchased, we'll return your money. Provided you have not assembled your item or removed the original packaging, simply notify us of your change of mind within 30 days. You'll need to return the item(s) to our VIC Warehouse. Once the goods have been returned in good order with the original packaging, we'll issue a refund less all shipping, return delivery and insurance costs.

Items that do not qualify for our 30 days return policy include products that are classified as Online Only, Clearance, Ex-display or Special order.

Products purchased with a further reduced or discounted price of 20% or more from the advertised product price are excluded from the 30 days change of mind policy.

As soon as you complete your purchase you will receive an email confirming the details of your order and estimated dispatch date.

If your item is arranged with a general courier, you will receive an email with tracking links as soon as your item has been dispatched from our Warehouse to our delivery partner. The courier will then contact you to provide an estimated time frame for delivery.



All products must be returned in their original packaging, with all included accessories and parts, and must not be assembled or partly assembled in any way. The products must be in a resell able condition. Customers have the option to return the products themselves to our warehouse during business hours to save on re-delivery costs. If customers are unable to return the products to our warehouse themselves, we can arrange a collection from their street or residential address at their own expense.

Please be aware that Interior Secrets will not be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the return, as external carriers are used for all delivery and return services.

These carriers charge based on delivery location and volume, and unfortunately, Interior Secrets is unable to absorb the costs for change of mind returns.

Prior to confirming a collection, our sub-contracted driver will require a photo of the securely packaged returning goods. Please share a photo of the item packaged once it's ready, and we will forward it to the carrier for approval. To avoid the possibility of the driver rejecting the collection, please ensure that the item is sufficiently packaged so that it arrives back at our warehouse in the same reported condition.

Once the returned products are received and inspected by our warehouse team, your details will be forwarded to our accounts department, who will process your credit to the email address provided.

Please note that as per our policy, if the goods are found to be not in brand new condition, restocking fees of 50% or higher will unfortunately need to be applied to the refundable amount, on top of the liable freight charges.

The product will be deemed not as a new and resellable condition if:

  1. 1. It does not have all its original packaging and cannot be sealed as a new product,
  2. 2. It is returned in a partly or fully assembled condition,
  3. 3. It does not pass our quality control checks to be sold as new again.
