It is important to note that whilst the utmost care has been taken to produce a product of high quality, failure to follow important maintenance steps and care guidelines stipulated on the website and included within the product purchase will void warranties that the product may hold. Warranties do not cover damage caused by UV sunlight and rainfall.

If your item arrived with a fault, please email support@interiorsecrets.com.au with your order details and we'll be in touch to arrange a return and replacement.

To process any transit damage claims, the original packaging must be retained. Images of the goods and packaging must be provided to the support team to validate the damage claims.
