All products must be returned in their original packaging, with all included accessories and parts, and must not be assembled or partly assembled in any way. The products must be in a resell able condition. Customers have the option to return the products themselves to our warehouse during business hours to save on re-delivery costs. If customers are unable to return the products to our warehouse themselves, we can arrange a collection from their street or residential address at their own expense.
Please be aware that Interior Secrets will not be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the return, as external carriers are used for all delivery and return services.
These carriers charge based on delivery location and volume, and unfortunately, Interior Secrets is unable to absorb the costs for change of mind returns.
Prior to confirming a collection, our sub-contracted driver will require a photo of the securely packaged returning goods. Please share a photo of the item packaged once it's ready, and we will forward it to the carrier for approval. To avoid the possibility of the driver rejecting the collection, please ensure that the item is sufficiently packaged so that it arrives back at our warehouse in the same reported condition.
Once the returned products are received and inspected by our warehouse team, your details will be forwarded to our accounts department, who will process your credit to the email address provided.
Please note that as per our policy, if the goods are found to be not in brand new condition, restocking fees of 50% or higher will unfortunately need to be applied to the refundable amount, on top of the liable freight charges.
The product will be deemed not as a new and resellable condition if:
- 1. It does not have all its original packaging and cannot be sealed as a new product,
- 2. It is returned in a partly or fully assembled condition,
- 3. It does not pass our quality control checks to be sold as new again.
