Please note that while this product is suitable for outdoor use, it must be placed in a fully covered area to protect it from direct rain, UV exposure, and other harsh Australian weather conditions.
Outdoor furniture remains vulnerable to the elements. Exposure to sunlight, moisture, or temperature extremes can lead to fading, warping, rusting, or structural damage over time. To help extend the life of your furniture and maintain warranty coverage:
- Always store or place furniture under full cover (e.g. veranda or patio with a roof).
- Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight.
- Follow all maintenance guidelines provided with your purchase and available on our website.
Please be aware that warranties are voided where recommended care instructions are not followed. Damage caused by weather exposure (including UV sunlight and rainfall) is not covered under warranty.

We want you to love your purchase and trust you will receive it in perfect condition. Occasionally, we have products that may slip through or have endured rough transit. If your item arrived with a fault, please email support@interiorsecrets.com.au with your order details and we'll be in touch to arrange a return and replacement.
If for any reason you don't like what you've purchased, we'll return your money. Provided you have not assembled your item or removed the original packaging, simply notify us of your change of mind within 30 days. You'll need to return the item(s) to our VIC Warehouse. Once the goods have been returned in good order with the original packaging, we'll issue a refund less all shipping, return delivery and insurance costs.
Items that do not qualify for our 30 days return policy include products that are classified as Online Only, Clearance, Ex-display or Special order.
Products purchased with a further reduced or discounted price of 20% or more from the advertised product price are excluded from the 30 days change of mind policy.
