Conditions of Entry

1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. This offer is open to all Interior Secrets Instagram Followers (both existing and new as a result of the contest) who are Australian residents. Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian.
3. The competition commences on January 5^th 2016 at 1:00pm and concludes on January 12^th 2016 at 11:59pm. All times are AEST.
4. Entries not including all required information will be deemed ineligible.

How to enter

5. To enter, followers must successfully complete three requirements.

9. To submit an eligible entry, users’ images must be set to public. Private user photos are not visible on search and therefore, cannot be selected as winners.
10. Multiple entries are allowed
11. The winners will be notified via an Instagram Post and an Instagram direct message within one (1) business days of their entry being chosen, and names of the winner will thus be published on https://www.instagram.com/interiorsecrets/
12. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure their details, including their phone number, email and address are correct and up to date when providing them to Interior Secrets for the purpose of receiving their prize.
13. If the prize is not claimed by Friday January 8^th 2016, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Interior Secrets reserves the right to conduct further judging original judging as are necessary to distribute the prize.
14. If any redrawn prize is not claimed by Sunday January 10^th, 2016 the prize will be forfeited.

12. Three (3) eligible winners will receive one (1) Marcella Marble Clock valued at $89 each to the colour of their choice

13. Interior Secrets reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant where Interior Secrets believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
14. Interior Secrets accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
15. If the prize is unavailable, Interior Secrets, in their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
16. The prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by Interior Secrets who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. Interior Secrets will not replace any lost or stolen prizes, or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of Interior Secrets to insure any products.
17. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by Interior Secrets, then the prize will be forfeited.
18. Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
19. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
20. Entrants consent to Interior Secrets using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (inc. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.
21. To the extent permitted by law, Interior Secrets (including its officers, employees and agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize.
